Diet Tips Needed!

Everyone has always told me a bride-to-be loses tremendous amount of weight before her big day. My colleague told me how her sister lost so much weight before her big day that her wedding gown threatened to fall off her shoulders even after it was zipped! Even the wedding consultant in Armadale Bespoke told me that I will definitely lose a few kilos before the big day which will be just what I need to fit into a nice streamlined evening gown I was interested in.
This is really odd then because I am at T-82 days *gasp* and I have not lost an absolute ounce! In fact, I believe I have been putting on weight instead as I definitely seem to feel a bit fleshier all over although my clothes still fit well! HELP!
Put it down to my laziness in exercising and a sudden burst of appetite!
Unlike hardworking brides to be who pound away at the gym or swim away those pounds, I have been to the gym a total of 5 times in the last few months! Oddly too, I am not experiencing that much stress despite the tremendous things that I have not done yet. Maybe I need to turn up the stress dial? Or maybe I’ve just gotten really tired with planning! Did any of you feel this way? I thought things would start heating up as the clock starts counting down but recently, I haven’t had much enthusiasm in researching or planning.
How did you lose weight in preparation for your wedding?! My attempt to eat less carbohydrates have left me with such low energy levels I barely last the day!

Well, I hit the gym pretty hard for about 3 months before the wedding but that was really more for my overall health than the wedding dress. I didn’t lose much weight but I lost body fat.
And I’ve found out that all the last minute rushing around leading to the wedding will cause you to lose at 2kg. So cheer up, PE… think of the auto-loss of 2kg just due to the stress!
Sorry luv, I gained weight prior to the wedding (they had to alter my dress AGAIN) as I was so bloody stressed out, I ate and ate!
all of my engaged friends are going through this! Hit the gym and eat lots of protein for energy!
