Curse of the Wedding Invites
Wedding InvitationsSo it’s T-150+ days and I’m still invite-less! :p
The internet has been a tremendous source of help in helping me think of wedding invitation designs. There are a whole host of invitations from funky invites for the fun wedding to elegant and traditional ones for the traditional bride. Most revolve around a theme and I guess it’s a good and easy way to introduce your theme to your guests. I want something simple yet elegant and nothing too elaborate and definitely not those terribly perfumed cards!
Some brides DIY theirs and I’m really blown away by the amazing designs they come up with! Some have really beautiful invitations that look even better than the store bought ones and I dare not imagine how much time they have spent on them. It does make me itch to DIY my own simple cards.
I guess the million dollar question is - can I see myself sitting bleary-eyed and sticking ribbons on 100 cards?! Why can’t the buggering venue I have chosen for the KL reception just put me out of my misery by providing me with some complimentary invitation cards?!

It’s all about delegation ma dear - just think of it, and make someone else do it!(usually the family..LOL!)

Bee - Hm..there aren’t many family members to delegate it to!
PB - Eh the project is still on! Must go look for paper to do a dry run first.
