The other day I was asked what kind of wedding car I wanted to use and what little decorations I wanted to put on it. That certainly got me thinking as like everything else, I had no idea! Hehe…
When I was a teenager, my uncle used to have a huge 4WD Citation which looked wonderfully sleek and powerful despite its size. Of course that was before cars like the stylish Porsche Cayenne Turbo and Nissan Murano started making their way into the country. Back then, I used to tell him, one day, I’ll get married in his Citation although it would mean climbing up and down from it in a truly inelegant fashion! 
Then the Mercedes S-class made its debut and stole everyone’s hearts with its sleek lines and huge price tag. And lo and behold, my fickle heart was stolen by its every line and curve that screamed luxury! The sheer joy of sinking into soft leather seats…for just that borrowed moment which is unfortunately all I’ll have as I don’t own a Mercedes S-class!
How about a vintage car? A dear friend got married in a lovely vintage wedding car with a cool open top. It looked absolutely gorgeous but the heng tai would gladly relate the story of how the vintage car broke down several times on their way to her house to pick her up!
Honestly, I wouldn’t mind a cute little sporty number like a Ferrari or a Aston Martin which only seats two for something different! Till then I’m still looking for the perfect carriage on my wedding day!
